Fiori are a decorative extruded pasta shaped like a flower. Petals radiate from a central core. One description sees a set of small connected tubes around a central tube. The dough is durum wheat semolina. The extruded rope is cut at set lengths. Wikipedia compares the shape to rotelle. One source calls it a recent addition to the range of shapes.
