Use of Pasta Database means you accept what follows. It is short on purpose.

The site is free and independent

Read it, cook from it, and link to it. We are not affiliated with any pasta maker, brand, or trade body. No brand pays for a placement, a pairing, or a ranking. Names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Some links go to Amazon and carry our Amazon Associates id. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. The commission comes from Amazon, not from you, and it never changes a ranking, a pairing, or a measurement.

The information is given as it is

We work hard on accuracy and we say where each fact comes from. Even so, we give no warranty. Cook times, dimensions, and pairings are a guide, not a promise. Recipes change, brands change their products, and sources disagree. Check the pack in front of you. Cook food to a safe standard, and take your own advice on any allergy or diet. We accept no liability for a loss that follows from using the site.

Fair use of the site

Do not attack the site, do not overload it, and do not send abusive or automated messages through the feedback form. We can block a visitor who does.
