Armonie

Armonie appear in the English Wikipedia list of pasta as small squiggles, and nowhere else that this research could reach. No brand catalogue, pasta glossary, or regional food site describes a shape under this name. The name is Italian for harmonies. Do not confuse it with armoniche, a large ruffled shape named after the harmonica.

No source gives a region, a dough, a cook time, or a dish for armonie. As a pastina entry it would go into broth or a light soup, like other small shapes. Note that Magnatera sells a gluten free range called Armonie, and those products are pappardelle. That name is a product line, not this shape. Treat every field here as unconfirmed.
